I called this service and the woman said she would call me back , but never did. I called again, ( against my better judgement). She said she was ill and had to go to the ER and hadn't come to the office on Saturday to call me. She said they would come on the following Thursday to clean. She called on Wednesday to say that that they couldn't come due to a blown out engine in one of the cars and that they would be here on Saturday. They never came and never called . Not a good way to generate business and obviously not dependable. We have a very big house and my husband and I both told her that as we weren't sure of the square footage.. She was going to send only 2 people. It takes more than 2 people to clean our house and we told her that.,we usually have 4. Nevertheless, they didn't show or call to explain..
