The Pico is amazing. Informal, good for a fast lunch. I love seeing the same guy with the big hair behind the cash register every time I go. Fish tacos. Just wonderful! And CHEAP!
Pros: fast, tasty and cheap! Good food to go!
Cons: informal setting, no table service, small tables.
