I decided to get a quote from Georgia carpet because my entire family had used them for carpet many years ago. Their quote was very high, there sales agents never called back, but I gave them a chance and called numerous times to see if they were willing to work out a deal. When I finally got a hold of my sales agent Bob, he was unwilling, which was fine. I told Bob that I was not interested. At this point he became irate, he began to scream foul language at me. I have never been on a phone call when a ""professional"" dropped the ""F-bomb"". It was absolutly appauling! It was completely unprofessional, rude and slightly frightening. I do NOT suggest Georgia carpets for anyone.
