i have never met the most caring people in all my life. I went to kimbrells furniture looking for a mattress because i have back problems. I was so desprite to get something that day so i could sleep that night that anything really felt good at the time. The saleslady (kelly) suggested the top of the line but my pocketbook would only allow me to purchase a cheaper set. It was the weekend and they were getting ready to close,but they delivered it to me anyway ,plus they took the other off for me. I called her back Monday and told her it still was not helping,I realize that once you sleep on a mattress they cant resale it,but that did not matter to her.,She was deeply concerned for me.When i had more time on Monday i came in the store greeted by people who was really glad to see me .i felt kind of stupid because they tried in the begining to help me. Anyway, long story short , i did 90 days cash and i am sleeping like a baby .... Thanks Kelrho
