I have been to several doctors in the Bay area and have to admit this is the worst experience I have had. Do not go to this office. I went to get a routine physical, provided insurance information, and had lab work done. After a month I received bills from the lab, a bill I shouldn't have received since I had insurance. I called the insurance company who said that the doctor's office never filed the paperwork. I called the office. They admitted they lost the paperwork and had to file it again. I thought it was taken care of. This week I received another bill. I talked to the staff (who were rude and unresponsive) who said that I was mistaken, yet they had never bothered to follow-up and call the insurance company. The insurance company told me that the paperwork was never filed. The office is poorly run, inefficient, and the staff rude. Do not go here. There are many better options.
