I'm not sure what the average customer comes in to the salon for but my experience with Diva was for a cut AND color ok. Maybe I shouldn't have gone in on a Saturday because it was busy but I desperately needed to get my hair done and there was no other salon that could get me in. If you enjoy a bigger salon, this is is a great place. I didn't find the place very personable and this salon isn't the best customer service I've experienced. The weekend was busy and maybe that's why I felt the service could have been better. \r

As of the turn out of my hair, I was very disappointed. I expect that if I'm going to spend A LOT of money on my hair, it better turn out the way I envision it. Although my stylist did discuss the look and color I was looking for, she did not bother confirming the color with me. So instead of getting a nice brown color, I turned out a caramel colored blond...I didn't realize when I said light, warm brown, she'd interpret it caramel blond. Maybe I should have asked, but I felt she'd get to know my personality and my lifestyle to know that wasn't the direction I was looking for. \r

Though my hair DID NOT turn out the way I expected it to be, the color turned out nice and I knew she knew what she was doing. It would have been nicer if it was the color I wanted though. The hair cut was fabulous...that's all I could say with that.
Pros: Very professional stylists!
Cons: Customer service was inconsistent and color of my hair sucked
