The salesmen are dispicable - still haven't fixed what they promised they would fix with a new excuse every week. Here's the list of excuses - the garage couldn't fix it this time, bring it back; our manager was fired for not doing his job; we have a new manager; our manager quit; bring it in (only to find out that the service manager didn't know that I was bringing it in). They also forged my name on some of the registry paperwork. Service isn't any better - they claim to fix things that I could have done better myself.
