I called to see if there was a specific pair of jeans there - other stores had already sold out of them. I described them in detail and I was told that they were there. I drove 30 minutes to the store. I was then given a pair of capri's (NOT JEANS) and told that this is what I was calling for. I told the woman I spoke to that they were capri's, not jeans. She had no idea what I was talking about. How do you work in a clothing store and not know what capri's are??? In the dressing room area, I was ignored. I ended up leaving with nothing. What a waste of time!!!
