I absolutely love this place! I have been several times and get more impressed with each time I eat here. The atmosphere is so quaint and charming. The servers know the food and I have never gone wrong with their recommendations. My favorites include the calamari, tempura fried green beans, the saigon crepe, and the coffee braished short rib (this is truly amazing and you must try!!). There are so many options and I love going and sharing the plates, so I can sample a lot of the plates. I can't wait for spring and summer when I can sit outside. My brother lives out of town and now insists on coming back to Parallel Seventeen everytime he visits, which is pretty often. He raves about the margaritas. You must try this restaurant!!
Pros: Food is great and great ambiance
Cons: some tables are a little close to each other
