First I made an appointment a week in advance because I knew I had an extensive install. Then I called to confirm two days before. I was told I was all set. The day comes and I drop off my car. Twenty minutes later I get a call that they can?t do it because it?s too late; it?s too big, blah, blah, blah. So I start to complain and the owner says fine, ?I?ll do it?! Twenty minutes later, another call,?yea we can?t do it today?! So, really annoyed now, I go pick up my car. This is after already wasting half a day and a lot of gas. My girlfriend and I had to drive both cars out to Endicott in order for me to leave mine. So after dismissing the clerk?s insincere apology I get in my car. I say the apology was insincere because in the midst of giving me my keys the moron went so far as to tell me, ?I?m just one dissatisfied costumer, and that won?t affect their reputation?! Luckily for him there were children in the store! So I get in my brand new car, and now my navigation unit won?t turn on. So even though they didn?t have the time to do the install they managed to find just enough time to damage the equipment in my car. After about two more hours, they supposedly fixed whatever it was they broke. That remains to be seen though. Overall I rate this business a zero in customer service and a red flag of caution on their installs. Buyers beware.
