They promised to pay my closing costs, 5% down and lease buy out but now they are trying to make me claim this on my taxes after we closed on the home. They are in breach of contract and have decided to hang up on me and not return my calls.Worst home company eve. They still have not called be back and refunded my money for all of the costs they were supposed to be pay. I strongly advise not purchasing from them! Also my home is brand new and they installed dented appliances and used hardware. Worst buying process I have ever been through and would never recommend anyone to purchase one of their properties.
