The theater is beautiful and the show was wonderful, but the experience left a lot to be desired. First, I know it's unrelated, but parking was nightmare for a matinee show. We arrived a half hour early and it took us that long to get parked. How about a police detail? One of the ticket takers was extremely rude, and the line for drinks during intermission stretched the width of the building because they only had one person serving per floor. We paid a lot of money and, outside of the actual performance, was very disappointed with how the event was managed.
