No matter where you park they will get out their little books and write. They use there powers to abuse people. When you want to appeal there is no way it is allowed. What type of a city lets police give out tickets and never face their accuser. Some one that is hiding something I believe. I guess if you are in the hole as deep as this city is you tell your police to write more tickets that will help.
