We were reffered to Dr. Rowe by a friend for whom I am eternally grateful. My son has exhibited difficult behavior almost since birth. Dr. Rowe has worked with us since my son was in elementary school and worked with us to develop an Individual Education Plan (IEP). My son has developed a very strong, trusting relationship with Dr. Rowe.\r

My son, now 23, is diagnosed as atypical bi-polar disorder. He still has rocky times but Dr. Rowe has made himself always available to him. Dr. Rowe is my rock.\r
