I can't really talk about the service of what they do there but, I am talking about people skills of the person that answers the phone. Lynn, i had called to set an appointment up for my wife and left a message. No one called me back. So i called the next day and told them that no one got in touch with me and before i could say anymore, LYNN stated she did call back but, she was placed on hold and she had to get other lines so she hung up. Well for the fact that i was answering phone calls yesteday. I dought she called, secondly if she did and had to hang up she should have called back. I ""WAS"" a potential client. Then i told her she was RUDE and her tone changed being apologetic. I then stated i wasn't calling to complain but, yet to set an appointment for my wife. I told her no thank you and hung up. They need to spend more money on a profesional person to answer the phones. No knock on the other specialist but, to the one that speaks to the clients first they need someone different. \r \r Thank you,\r \r Lost client more
