It makes me feel sad to read the negative comments about this restaurant as I had been lucky enough to have great experiences with HK Noodles. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities. Having lived in HK for 7 years, I find their food to be the best cure for my hankering for Cantonese dishes. Their chou fun and Singaporean rice noodles (vermicelli) are THE BEST! They accommodate to my vegetarian request by substituting beef with tofu upon request, which I truly appreciate.\r

A little overpriced, maybe, but the food is great.
Pros: chou fun, Singaporean rice noodles; big portion; authentic Cantonese food; good service (for me)
Cons: crowded, long wait in the evening, a bit pricy
