We had a terrible experience trying to purchase rugs from D!ck's Carpet One in Berkeley. More than three weeks (and six trips to the store) after we first placed our order, we still had no rugs to show for our efforts. The sales staff was nice, but the manager couldn't be bothered to talk to us directly. It ended up taking a call to the manager's boss to finally get a resolution. Our money was refunded in the end, but there?s no reason that buying rugs should be so difficult!\r
