I hired an Appliance Giant repair guy, from Clifton park, NY to come to my house and repair a washer, I could not get working. It's on the 2nd Floor, I even took it out of the Basin Catch for the guy. Since it appeared to be more than a ""loose wire"" i called in the experts, ""Appliance Giant to the rescue"". After they changed out the motor and the wiring harness, > $450 worth of repairs for my $500 washer, the guy leaves without watching a full load go through the washer.
Pros: usually have pretty good prices
Cons: don't stand by their repairs/ and typically deal with older models- so make sure you look at this.
