I have had my hair cut twice at Chequers, both times by Michele who was recommended to me by my husband. The first time, I went in for just a trim, Michele did exactly what I had asked for. The second time that I went in, I had wanted a more drastic change and even brought in a photo. Half way through the cut, I decided that I wanted an entirely different cut but I wasn't able to explain exactly what I had in mind. While Michele did good with the cut, she did not offer any ideas. I had recently moved and parted ways with a stylist of 10 years, who knew my hair inside and out and to whom I could leave my hair and would always walk out satisfied, so perhaps I'm a bit spoiled and expect more guidance -- I guess, I need my hand held a little bit.
