Recently, my phone broke and I made the mistake of going to this store to fix the problem. Long story short, I had to make three separate trips to this store, being placed LAST ON THE WAITLIST EACH OF THE THREE TIMES IN ONE DAY, to deal with the ABSOLUTE MORONS BEHIND THE COUNTER. I had to leave the store before possibly assulting the clerk in charge, not to mention the technicians. I really got the feeling that they did not want me to have a working phone. Communicating your problem and getting an idea of possible solutions is a painstaking process. Bring a whiteboard and possibly pre-made flowcharts and diagrams for these idiots.
