It was new years, and I was determined. I wasn't sure what to expect when I visited the facility, but was immediately impressed by the professionalism and enthusiasim of the staff. Rob and Davie not only provided the personal training, but helped to establish a nutrion program that got results. In 11 weeks, I've managed to drop 37 pounds! It probably could have been more, but my business travel has slowed it down some. Speaking of business schedule, they've been wonderful about allowing me to fluctuate my appointments. I will advise they are much more expensive than other personal trainers, but the facility is restricted to clients and the staff is degreed. Additionally, this is not a program for the faint of heart. They will start you off at an exceptable level, but continue to push you each time. For those making the commitment, you can't go wrong with this team.
