This used to be the most wonderful theater I have ever visited. The new owner needs to take care of this historic landmark! It is absolutely filthy. The seats are falling apart. YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO PRESERVE THIS CINEMA! Have some pride--Please repair!!
