I put down a deposit for a Control Panel and Bracket in November 2007, and the part is still on backorder (so they say). I was able to call Marcone and order the part on my own. They say it will take a week to get half of my money back from them. The best bet is to purchase your own parts through Marcone at 800-955-2373 and pay for lifetime warranty and have a real professional do the job.
