I work in Franklin, so I eat out quite a bit for lunch. Garcia's is not my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Franklin/Cool Springs area. Overpriced and limited lunch menu. Fish tacos are my favorite item, but entirely too expensive. Much better food at Mexicali Grill or Cozymel's. The chips taste like they came out of a bag ... they don't seem fresh and are not light and crispy. Salsa is ok, could be spicier. Cheese dip is good, but again, could use more jalapeno. Service is not very fast. If you're in Nashville, La Paz in Green Hills is a much better Mexican choice or La Hacienda located on Nolensville Pike.
Pros: good cheese dip and fish tacos
Cons: slow service, bland food
