Superior is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service: condescending, negligent, rude, and often abusive. They've left tenants with water pouring through holes in their roof. Others have been without hot water or heat for months. They don't maintain the properties that they manage, including repair of safety features like railings and stairs. When they perform maintenance, it is shoddy, but what can one expect from a property company that asks on its lease applications whether tenants are carpenters or plumbers? Aren't they supposed to have some of those guys available?
