The worst customer service I have ever encountered. After their dry cleaning chemicals caused a hole in my wool coat, they said they would get an estimate on the cost of repair, and we would share that cost. They took my coat back. A full three weeks later, they hadn't called me back. I called them, and the owner yelled at me, saying they were protected by the law, so they would not do anything about my coat. I now have a nice wool coat with a hole, and no way to fix it.
