Me and a friend rode by this place on the backside of New Braunfels. We turned around and stepped in. It looks like most back road Texas cafe's - weather beaten wooden exterior, and even more wore out inside. Just the way it should be. We had bacon cheeseburgers, fries and a Shiner Black or two. The food was great, the beer was cold and the service was friendly. The Freiheit Country Store isn't special, but if you're driving by, don't pass it by.
