We have been looking for a good airport car service for leisure travel and gave Cities Limo a try, given their (self) promotion online. We were disappointed that the car did not arrive when we did at the airport pick up area (we had to call twice--it arrived at least 5 minutes after we did), and the car smelled a bit stale. I know that I am picky, but I believe that a prearranged car service should always arrive prior to (or at virtually the same time as) the customer. I will give them another chance, but I will continue my search for the Twin Cities best car service.
