I had an exceptionally good experience at this toys r us at X-mas. The staff was helpful, and if something I needed was not on the shelf; the staff would go and verify if it was in the inventory in the storage area. Even though the lines were long. When you got to the front of the line, the cashier was polite and apologized for the wait. I would shop at this location again.
