We eat at the Hong Kong Tokyo Restaurant once a week. The food is always prepared expertly and served with a smile. The wait staff is not always well trained so you may get your soup before your appetizer but it's still all good. They have wine and beer also at good prices. They serve a FULL glass of wine. It's not a busy place and I'm reluctant to even review it because it's sort of a secret that too many people knowing about it could ruin. Of course, on the other hand, if they're not busy enough the profits won't be there to keep it going.
Pros: Food quality and price.
Cons: Untrained staff.
