Pretty complex, nice lake, beautiful ducks..... but not safe at night . Lots of gangs hanging out here at night, One can hear them a mile away from the center of the park late nights,

Cons: TOO MANY LOW LIFES HANGING OUT IN PARK AT NIGHT / NOT SAFE / THEY NEED TO SECURE THE SAFETY OF THE TENANTS BETTER
