Today my daughter was taken by her grandmother to get her hair done. After consulting with the stylist it was agreed that 3 inches would be cut off the ends. When I picked up my daughter, the obviously untrained hairstylist had cut off 9 inches of my daughter's hair. This was an obusive act. My daughter had requested that no more than 3 inches be cut and her wishes were disregarded! It is so upsetting that this hairstylist took advantage of a 9 year old girl in this way.Shame on you!
