Throughout the 1990's and early 2000's T-bonz used to be a great place. While their steaks were not the very best, they were darn good and very reasonably priced. To go with that, the atmosphere was cozy, confortable and casual. All in all, a winning combination. But around 2004-05, the quality of the food started going down. After a while, my friends and I, who used to go there regularely, decided that we had had enough of the bad food, and the unwillingness of management to satisfy us. Our group, which sometimes consisted of as many as five or six, stopped going, with people dropping out one by one. I have not been there since 2006, and a friend who went there about six months ago said that it was a mistake. The problem I suspect has to do with pricing. For many years, their prices remained stable, but, due to inflation, this meant that thquality was going down. Too bad because I like the atmosphere. I rather go somewhere else and pay more money.
