Gas cut off recently - They did not send a disconnect notice - the last bill had a due date 5 days after they cut me off - and did not have any info about disconnect. Bottom line - since they were taken over by ONEOK - a company from Oklahoma - this companies customer service ethos is gone. What do you do? 1. Call the city of Austin - they take complaints about companies that contract with them. 512-974-2999
