I purchased a storm shelter from this company. The owner told me it would last me 20 years or longer. Well It lasted 6months and started caving in. I called him, emailed him, and he played tag with me for months. Finally he told me to send him photos which I did. He said he never got them. Then he emailed me finally and told me that he heard the day after my shelter was put in that my installer damaged it. Which was untrue, he made that up. The company that installed it wrote a letter saying that it was not damaged at all durning installation. He made that up as well as other things because he knew his work was faulty! I asked him why didnt' he stand behind his products like he said when it was purchased and he never answered my calls again! Has anyone else had any bad problems with this company? I waited years to finally be able to afford a storm shelter for my family and now I'm out all that money and my family still isn't safe! I have asked hundreds of times in emails, calls to please resolve this issue but he doesn't respond!
