first night in the apartment the AC did not work i could not stay there with a baby and a young child in the middle of summer (july) on the first night moving in. when my husband ask for an emergency contact number in case the plumbing when wrong he was told there was none. until he mentioned his rights then one suddenly appeared. needless to say the AC broke down twice after that in five months( i broke the lease).it wasnt JUST THE ac THE WASHER AND DRYER WOULD STOP WORKING WHILE YOU WERE WASHING OR DRYING BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM A MACHINE THAT WAS PAINTED TO HIDE THE RUST FROM YEARS OF SERVICE. did i mention the TOILET, SINK AND BATH TUB ALL WERE RUSTED, LEAKED AND ROCKED. IF THAT DID NOT GET YOU THAN THE PATCHES ON THE WALLS NUMEROUS OF THEM WOULD. i could go on but maybe you could go rent and see for yourself.the office staff ""worthless"", but, if you break the least and pay the extra months rent rent for doing so and you ask for ONE day extra THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $54.00 FOR RENT AND $2.00 FOR THE DAYS WATER.this is my second time renting here the first time was great that was before the new owner. what a shame to see a once nice place fall to pieces. i guess one possitive would be the security guard that is there only on the weekends ( pay attention thieves u can only steal on the weekends) anyways, he is a great guard.

Cons: amenties are worthless if not working or is always dirty
