I was so frustrated with my laptop. I couldn't do anything on it. All these pictures and pages kept popping up and finally my screen turned blue. I restarted it and it worked for a minute and then it froze. I took it to THE Computer Store and they told me I could have it back today. I did not believe it because all the other places said I would have to send it off somewhere. To my surprise The tech was done in about an hour and I paid under $130 to get it done.
