STEVE NOVISOFF of Nordic Properties will steal your security deposit! I know 3 others he has done this to, and one that actually got it back when he walked into Steve's office to confront him. If you must rent from him, make sure you save every single rent reciept/cancelled check. He plays nice when you meet him and is willing to make ""deals"" up front, but is a slumlord and gets VERBALLY ABUSIVE when you ask him to uphold his end of the lease. I didn't have the time or energy to fight him in small claims to get my money back--but I trust that he will eventually get his karma.
