First impressions: I met Tyrone Sellers & noticed right off a small facility, no mirrors & carpeted. There is a M&W restroom & 1 unisex shower. Their gloves/wraps are overpriced; go to the local sports store & buy for 1/3 the price! After taking their boxing & kickboxing classes I wouldn?t recommend membership mainly due to participant safety. I wrongly expected these classes to trump the typical 24hr. gym classes.
