We found Cynthia to be great to talk to and give great information, but when it came to doing something and moving forward we found that she never returned phonecalls and did not do things in a timely manner. We have left several messages for Cynthia and very rarely got a return call. She also has a lot of great information to share but she is also very chatty - to the point where it makes meeting her or talking to her inefficient. I do not recommend her for her realty services. As for property management - have heard from fellow real estate investors that she does do a good job... (though again the problem of her talking too much does come up!).
Pros: Knowledgeable.
Cons: Never returned phonecalls or emails.
