We ordered kitchen cabinets from Home Depot and after waiting 30 days, they delievered them to our house. Two of the cabinets were the wrong ones so we went back to the store and the salesman admited he ordered the wrong ones. He said to bring them back and talk to the manager and they would wave the 15% restocking fee. If we had any problems he said he would talk to the manger for us. We brought the cabinets back and spent 2 hours talking to 3 different managers. The salesman wasn't there to back us up. They took back the cabinets and charged us the 15% but said they would talk to the salesman when he came back to work. 1 week later he came back to work. The manager, a different one, called me and said the salesman told him a differnt story than ours and he would not give us back our 15%. I told him I would come down there and talk the salesman myself but he said no, that wouldn't work.
