My husbands job took him overseas in the middle of January and I was left to maintain our pool and prior to leaving he gave me a five minute how to session. My first day to check the pool happened to fall on a Sunday and what I saw and heard was not what I remembered. One of my pumps was leaking and making a noise I knew wasn't good. With tears flowing I phoned poolside and a young man named Lonnie listened to my sad story, calmed me down and offered to come by when he got off work to take a look. He arrived exactly when he promised figured out was wrong and by Monday noon with his help and a trip to the store I was good to go. From that day in January between Lonnie and another young man named Jason I have mastered this pool maintenance. They never fail to try to talk me through it over the phone before they recommend the trip to the store or a service call. My pool looks better then it ever has due to their outstanding customer service and know how.
