Two years ago I started working out at 4EverFit. One of my problems was recurring back pain. My trainer, Melissa, is an experienced yoga and yin yoga teacher and we began incorporating these exercises into my sessions. My back is 100% better and my flexibity has also increased. I enjoy the weight lifting as well and am surprised at how much I can do. Melissa, Brenda, other trainers and clients are so nice. It is lots of fun to work out on a day when others are there and you can chat and laugh while you get 4EverFit!
