I lost 35 lbs after I started with Brenda but more importantly I developed a sense that good fitness meant I would always be able to climb stairs, walk long distances, lift heavy objects, and be mobile and flexible into old age. The staff knows nutrition and dietary issues. Common sense is the rule. I never found the facilities lacking for equipment that worked best for me and there is always plenty of room to stretch out. I've been there at different times during the day and never had a sense of crowding or lack of attention. That's something you don't find anywhere else.
