This is the WORST storage place ever...we stored furniture there during the building of a new home, the roof leaked in 2 places ruining an antique piano and leather couch! The service is terrible---they never answer their phone, never apologize our waived anything, just informed us to make an insurance claim. They replaced the door with a new door and lock because that was damaged and when we were leaving and asked to cut the lock b/c we lost our key, they neglected to do so, after telling me it would be done that afternoon I had a gentleman drive 2 hours to pick up the piano two days later, the lock still wasn't cut and the heavy set hispanic lady that works at the desk was completely unhelpful and extremely rude informing me she wouldn't call her manager b/c it was a saturday, so we had to call a locksmith. Now they have collections calling me after i gave them a 30 day notice and paid last months rent?! Ridiculous! Would NOT recommend!
