I was not impressed with anything relating to the service at Hutch's. I was told, guaranteed that my vehicle would be ready on a certain date. I informed them that I was going out of town and would need to cancel a trip in order to pick up the vehicle. They assured me again that it would be ready on that date. When I called the day before to check on the progress they acted like they had never made the prior call. I understand that there can be and often are delays in parts etc... that are outside the control of the body shop, but don't guarantee me that the parts are already in and everything WILL be completed by a certain date when you know for a fact that it is not true.
