Dr. Smith is absolutely wonderful! He and his staff are the best and always remember my little Boston Terrier when I bring her in. Not only do they remember her - they come out in the lobby just to say "hi" no matter what we are in for. We Love Dr. Smith - but I would also say that there are several other doctors in the practice who are also great if you can't get in to see Dr. Smith (who has a very limited schedule). He has done throat surgery on our dog, and gave complete estimate before the surgery - called me just after the surgery to let me know how it went, and then called again when the puppy woke up. Frankly, I wish I could find a people doctor who was half as good as Dr. Smith. My sister has 3 dogs and they all go to Dr. Smith - and have had the same experience.
Pros: big staff - open 7 days, caring, very highly trained and experienced
Cons: very popular, sometimes there is a small wait.
