i bought my car last year. Which it is hard for me to evern write this because of how heart breaking it was for me. I wanted to buy a black honda civic that is used and had close to little or no damage out side the car. SO i thought i found the perfect one. A small black honda civic and the best part was there were nothing wrong with the out side or inside, well maybe a few scratches in the inside. I took my car home and about the three day i guess the cheap wax job showed all the damage it did have. My car ended up look like a lepard with gray spots. i call to let them know about my car and was told to come in so they can see. When they looked at it they couldn't understand how my car was soooooo spotty. I should have looked at my contract which stated if i had a problem with the car i can cancel and get my money back but the said they would take care of it. But i only had 2 weeks to take the car back. the guy that i was to talk to wan on "vacation" but he was in just in time for me to be stuck with the car. the two weeks came and i brought my car back in and with out asking me put a cheap clear coat to try to cover up the spots so if you were to take a pic you wouldn't even know that there was a problem. i almost had a break down with all this awful events. then they wanted me to trade in my car and i know they were going to re-sale the car to someone else. they wanted me to start all over and give them more money after what they put me through. i gave up at that time. when i had my breaks done they charged me 90 dollar then when i call about my car make noise which it was the break and was charged another 48.00 which if it was their fault i shouldn't be charge. right after the noise stop my speed diameter stop working. at first they we going to charge me 812.63 they didn't even know i bought my car there. which right in front of my car still has their sign + they have my car history. I told them i do have warrenty and now im waiting for that+ cd player stop workn Pros: none Cons: sale you bad cars and don't even give you good customer service more
