I just returned from this store after purchasing two passport-type photos for a job application in Europe. From my experience, it's common practice in the 21st century to use a digital camera so that the customer can be satisfied before printing the final photos. This store uses a Polaroid, so when the first set went bad, I had to buy another two. 4 photos were 16 dollars, and 2 of them were totally unusable. Furthemore, the photos were taken in a storage room with no stool and no lighting. He then placed the photos into a paper holder which severly smugged the bottom half of the photos. We came back and attempted to return the photos, but the manager said "I'm not in the business to give refunds". This sort of customer service is awful and should not be supported. Please don't shop here.
