I purchased a 5 ton York heating and cooling unit from Franklin Heating and Cooling about 4 years ago. I still have a little over a year on the parts warranty but I would have to pay for the service. Understandable. Six days ago my heat quit working. Since I had family members working for Franklin Heating and Cooling at the time, we had them install the unit. However, I still called them for the service issues. I understand I have to pay for the service call and any labor. We talked to them on Monday and was told that someone would be out that day.

Cons: no customer service, don't stand by what they say
